Key Responsibilities- Production Oversight: Manage packing lines to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished packages for conformance to quality standards and client specifications.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor packing staff; manage employee performance, scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and manage costs.
- Inventory & Equipment: Monitor packing material inventory levels and ensure packing equipment is maintained, calibrated, or repaired.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of, for instance, batch production records (BPR), output, and wastage.
