Operations Specialist - Cards

Job Description

Our partner is looking for a highly skilled Operations Specialist Billing to join our team and ensure billing accuracy and operational efficiency, particularly across high-impact national initiatives such as Jaywan and Digital Dirham. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity and supporting seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and resolve billing issues with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage and improve billing processes to drive operational excellence
• Maintain billing systems and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve billing queries
• Support billing operations for strategic projects (e.g., Jaywan, Digital Dirham)
• Recommend and implement process improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Cards Operations
• Proven knowledge of billing systems, reconciliation, and settlement processes
• Experience with General Ledger (GL) setup and transaction testing
• Familiarity with national payment projects like Jaywan and Digital Dirham
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
