Job Description:

Madison Pearl is partnering for an experienced and dynamic Head of Real Estate to lead and represent a well-established family office across a portfolio of real estate development ventures. This leadership role spans the full project lifecycle—from early planning and consultant engagement to design, construction supervision, and final delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key liaison for all real estate development activities on behalf of the family office.
• Drive the selection and coordination of consultants, lead design processes, and manage project implementation.
• Ensure the successful and timely execution of residential and mixed-use developments to the highest standards.
• Engage and coordinate with external partners including contractors, project managers, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation efforts throughout all phases.
• Deliver consistent, detailed reporting and maintain transparency with the family office principals.
