NOW HIRING A HEAD OF PROJECTS

Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer specialising in hospitality & luxury residential projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day construction activities across the development, making sure everything stays on track, on budget, and up to standard.
• Oversee contractors and consultants, keeping everyone aligned and accountable from start to finish.
• Work closely with senior leadership to update on progress, risks, and what's needed to keep things moving.
• Manage timelines and budgets, spotting issues early and finding smart, practical solutions fast.
• Be on-site regularly, making sure quality is top-notch and work is progressing the way it should.
• Liaise with high-end clients, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
• Set up and improve construction processes, especially since we're a new company and building things from the ground up.
• Handle procurement needs, making sure materials and services are delivered on time without compromising quality.
• Deal with permits, approvals, and all things compliance, so we don't hit any unnecessary roadblocks.
• Create a strong team culture, rolling up your sleeves when needed and keeping people motivated under pressure.

Requirements:

• 18+ years experience
• 3+ years experience working for a UAE Developer
• 4+ years in a Director or Head of Construction role
• A stable work history working for tier 1 companies
• A track record of delivering luxury projects form pre construction to handover
• A track record of managing projects valued AED 1bn
• Have a results driven mindset and be comfortable working in a fast paced and high pressured environment
• Hold a relevant industry degree
