Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Sales Officer, located in Dubai. The IT Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting technical product presentations, and closing sales deals.Daily tasks include troubleshooting, providing technical support, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT products and networking sale.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using billing/inventory software and MS Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and networking products.
- Ability to handle all type of clients like wholesale and retail.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Ability to convert unqualified leads into qualified leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT and networking solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices.
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Update customers on new arrivals, stock availability, and ongoing promotions.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and technological advancements.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Record sales transactions and maintain customer database.
