- Conducting periodic reviews and performance analyses to ensure adaptability to changes, using techniques such as business process reengineering to improve quality and efficiency. It requires coordination with organizational units to ensure alignment of strategies with their needs, providing specialized training, and preparing comprehensive performance reports.
- Designing key performance indicators (KPIs) and performing necessary audits to verify the effectiveness of newly implemented processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
