Key Responsibilities- Identify and target potential delegates through research, lead generation and build relationship.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve delegate acquisition/sales goals.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote event attendance.
- Provide detailed information about event agendas, speakers, and benefits to prospective delegates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and event production teams to ensure seamless delegates experience.
- Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory with interpersonal skills, with the ability to make outbound calls to high profiles.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years proven experience in Cold calling, Tele sales, Call Centreexperience preferably in event management or B2B sector.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
