Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our Finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks. The role involves handling basic accounting functions, maintaining financial records, assisting in the preparation of reports and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers and bank reconciliations
- Post journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for financial records
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial matters
- Assist the Senior Accountant / Finance Manager with audits and other financial reviews
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
