Sales Training Specialist- Automotive (Arabic Speaker)

We are currently recruiting a Sales Training Specialist- Automotive Industry- for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.

• Devise training programs according to organizational requirements.
• Determine course content according to objectives.
• Prepare training material presentations, worksheets etc.
• Execute online training sessions in groups or individually.
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training in training base.
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs.
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

• Proven experience as trainer- within Automotive Industry.
• EV/Hybrid technical knowledge and experience are required.
• Experience in designing technical courses.
• Outstanding English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Degree in a technical field is a plus.
• Priority would be given to personnel who were previously a Certified Technical Trainer.
