Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Operations Field Supervisors to lead and manage field operations for hydraulic fracturing (frac) projects. The role requires individuals who can work independently, provide leadership in the field, and ensure all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan

• Supervise the execution of frac jobs in the field, ensuring completion as per approved plans
• Lead and manage field operations teams to maintain high productivity and safety standard
• Apply Artificial Lift (AL) expertise across various technologies including ESP, Gas Lift, and Sucker Rod Pumps
• Incorporate well integrity principles into operational planning and execution
• Maintain a strong focus on facility integrity, ensuring operational and engineering standards are met
• Monitor operations for compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and technical teams to optimize field performance

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proven global experience in frac execution and supervision
• Strong expertise in Artificial Lift technologies (ESP, Gas Lift, Sucker Rod)
• Hands-on experience with well integrity management and facility integrity practices
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in challenging field environments while leading teams effectively

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant field experience in oil and gas operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic operational conditions in field settings
