Job Description

Role Description

Lead the development, customization, and enhancement of SAP modules to support and align with business processes.
Design and implement custom scripts, rules, and API-driven extensions using Python and C-Shell to enhance capabilities.
Integrate SAP CPQ with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud, and other enterprise applications through REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate closely with functional consultants to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Build, refine, and maintain product configuration logic, pricing structures, and quotation workflows.
Uphold code quality and version control standards while ensuring compliance with Clean Core principles and SAP best practices.
Execute unit testing, support UAT activities, and provide technical assistance postgo-live.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive fixes or enhancements.
Contribute to solution design sessions, architectural discussions, and peer code reviews.
Document development processes, deployment steps, and solution configurations for internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
810 years of total Python and C-Shell scripting experience with 45 years
Demonstrated experience building extensions and automation scripts within SAP CPQ.
Deep understanding of SAP CPQ data models, configuration rules, and pricing mechanics.
Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and OAuth authentication.
Exposure to SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SAP BTP, or SAP Integration Suite is a strong plus.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across technical and functional teams.
Python programming (automation, API development, data handling)
C-Shell / Unix Shell scripting
SAP BTP or SAP Integration Suite experience
REST / SOAP API development
JSON, XML, and data transformation competencies
SQL and database query optimization
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Git, Bitbucket, and version control best practices
