Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor Consumer Division to lead and manage our sales team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern trade, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitor and report sales performance through regular reporting and analysis
• Conduct detailed market analysis and competitor monitoring to drive strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade accounts in the UAE
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market share
• Ensure effective communication across all levels of the sales team
• Manage collection and credit processes in coordination with the finance team

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling modern trade accounts in the UAE
• 25 years of supervisory experience in a sales role within the UAE
