Identifying of projects’ requirements of materials and services
- Formulate procurement strategies that align with project timeline, budgets, and quality standards
- Work closely with project managers to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements
- Sourcing and evaluating suppliers & subcontractors
- Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs
- Negotiate favorable price and terms
- Ensure timely processing of POs
- Monitor procurement costs and identify cost saving opportunities
- Monitor and track delivery to ensure timely arrival of materials
- Maintain accurate procurement records
- Conduct supplier evaluation based on Data Analysis
- Manage accounts payables
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate procurement reports to procurement manager
