Job Description

The Procurement Officer plays a vital role in streamlining the company's procurement processes, ensuring that materials, products, and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with operational needs. This role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

• Responsible in making LPO in ERP system
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability.
• Managing purchase orders from request to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality or delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and monitor order deliveries
• Collaborating across departments (finance, logistics, operations) for seamless workflows.
• Maintaining complete documentation and generating regular procurement reports.
• Managing office supplies and equipment.
• Overseeing office maintenance and facilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar procurement role.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and inventory control.
• Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance effectively.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
