Job Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to take care of the maintenance of our indoor and outdoor areas. You will be responsible for managing the building&aposs systems, including air conditioning (AC), plumbing, electricity, water, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily maintenance of both indoor and outdoor areas.

Make sure the AC, plumbing, electrical, and water systems are working well.

Regularly check and fix any issues with the building systems.

Lead and manage a team of maintenance workers.

Work with outside contractors when needed.

Keep records of maintenance work and repairs.

Respond quickly to emergency maintenance issues.

Ensure the building meets safety and health standards.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance.

Good knowledge of AC, plumbing, electricity, and water systems.

Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks.

Good problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills.
