Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of marketing activities for the Hospitality Division, including restaurants, lounges, and F&B venues.

This role assists with campaign coordination, social media support, event activation, content organization, and communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Marketing Coordination & Support
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns for all hospitality venues.
  • Support the development of promotional materials, menus, and brand assets.
  • Coordinate with operations, culinary teams, and suppliers to gather required information for marketing activities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity and are accurate before release.
  • Maintain marketing calendars for each outlet, ensuring deadlines and launch dates are met.
Digital & Social Media Support
  • Assist with content planning and gathering assets (photos, videos, menus, event details) for social media and digital channels.
  • Coordinate content submissions with creative teams, agencies, or photographers.
  • Support the scheduling of posts and monitoring of engagement across digital platforms.
  • Help track online reviews (Google, TripAdvisor, Zomato, etc.) and share feedback with relevant teams.
Event & Activation Support
  • Coordinate marketing preparations for events, theme nights, brunches, activations, and seasonal promotions.
  • Support on-ground execution during events, including photography coordination, influencer hosting, and guest experience.
  • Prepare event briefs and post-event reports.
Influencer & Partner Coordination
  • Assist with influencer sourcing, outreach, and booking based on campaign needs.
  • Coordinate collaboration logistics, ensuring smooth hosting and content delivery.
  • Maintain databases of influencers, media contacts, brand partners, and suppliers.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
  • Organize and maintain marketing files, folders, and campaign documentation.
  • Manage purchase requests, invoices, and coordination with finance.
  • Track marketing activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports (campaign performance, activation results, outlet highlights).
  • Support research on competitors, market trends, and new hospitality concepts.
