Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to support DataPatrol's day-to-day marketing needs. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly translate ideas into high-quality visuals while supporting marketing execution across campaigns, events, partnerships, and internal communications.

• Maintain content and design calendars aligned with marketing priorities
• Assist with preparing marketing materials for events and partner initiatives
• Support email campaign execution on CRM
• Support internal marketing initiatives led by the Marketing department

• Work closely with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams
• Translate briefs and ideas into clear visual concepts
• Provide design support for sales enablement materials
• Ensure marketing assets are delivered on time and ready for use

• Organize and maintain a central library for marketing assets and templates
• Keep design files updated and accessible
• Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma
• Solid understanding of branding and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication skills in English

• Experience in B2B, cybersecurity, or technology companies
• Motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva motion)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media formats
• Experience preparing files for print and large-format production
• Familiarity with CRM workflows and contact segmentation
