Job Overview:
Here&aposs your chance to step into the role of Events Sales Manager at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you&aposll take on key responsibilities that include:
Financial Responsibilities
Contribute to achieving departmental revenue goals.
Support the department head in preparing weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Operational Responsibilities
Manage on-site operations during events to oversee execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to event objectives.
Business Planning
Collaborate with the Head of Events to identify new business opportunities and implement a clear sales strategy to drive growth across DHE
assets.
Schedule client meetings and document outcomes using available CRM tools.
People Management:
Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on continuous basis by keeping team members motivated.
Ensure colleagues and partners are timely informed of changes and developments within the sales department to maintain a smooth
communication and guest experience.
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
Showcase the ability to negotiate and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Aim to achieve to business goals and objectives for the sales department
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as event agencies, destination management companies, brands, and government entities to maximize efficiency and execution.
Manage CRM systems and communications processes
To be responsible for updating weekly sales reports
