We Are Hiring: CRM & Campaign Coordinator | Automotive (UAE, Contract)

Support CRM campaigns and customer engagement during a key coverage period.

Le Chene is partnering with an automotive organisation in the UAE to appoint a CRM & Campaign Coordinator on a short-term maternity cover contract, supporting customer communications and campaign execution.

This is a short-term requirement focused on continuity across CRM and marketing operations.

Scope

Supporting execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels
Managing campaign schedules, tracking, and reporting
Working with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and timing
Maintaining customer data and segmentation within CRM systems
Supporting campaign performance analysis and reporting
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery

Profile

3–5 years' experience in CRM, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
Experience within automotive, retail, or customer-focused environments preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign tools
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-focused environments
