Job Description

The Creative & Social Lead owns the creative output and social presence across the UAE, KSA, and Jordan.

This is a hands-on execution role: the person designs, manages the social content team, runs influencer activity through our

agencies, and acts as the day-to-day point of contact for the creative agency. The seat is built for someone who can both

produce work themselves and coordinate others to produce it at speed and on brand.

This is not a brand strategy or marketing leadership role. Creative direction and campaign strategy are set by the CMO; this

role executes against that direction and holds quality, consistency, and turnaround.
  • Works alongside: CRM & App Lead (performance marketing), Aggregators & Trade leads (UAE/Jordan and KSA),
and Local Store Marketing.
  • Manages: social media content generation team; creative agency relationship at the execution level; influencer

agencies.

Core Functional Activities

Design & Artwork (hands-on)
  • Produce key visuals, social assets, and adaptations across formats using Photoshop, Figma, and equivalent tools.
  • Localise and resize creative for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, GDN) and each market.
  • Maintain brand consistency on every asset that ships.
  1. Social Content Team Management
  • Manage the social media content generation team day to day: briefing, scheduling, review, and publishing cadence.
  • Hold a consistent, high-frequency content calendar across markets, with primary focus on KSA and UAE.
  • Quality-control everything the team produces before it goes live.
  1. Creative Agency Management (execution level)
  • Own the day-to-day agency relationship: briefing, trafficking, feedback loops, timelines, and delivery.
  • Ensure agency output meets brief, brand, and deadline. Escalate creative-direction calls to the CMO rather than
owning them.
  • Track agency workload and flag capacity or quality risks early.
  1. Influencer Marketing
  • Run influencer activity across UAE and KSA, primarily executed through agencies.
  • Manage briefs, content approvals, deliverable tracking, and post-campaign reporting.

Key Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years in a creative, social, or content role, ideally in QSR, FMCG, retail, or agency.
  • Strong hands-on design ability: Photoshop and Figma are essential; motion or video editing is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing a content team and/or a creative agency relationship.
  • Social platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, with an eye for what performs.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content and design tooling
