About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Creation Director to lead the development and execution of compelling content across our luxury beauty and fashion portfolio. This role requires a hands-on storyteller with a strong understanding of luxury branding, visual aesthetics, content production, and digital engagement.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating impactful narratives that elevate brand perception, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Storytelling
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with luxury consumers across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content channels.
  • Translate brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives into engaging storytelling experiences.
Content Creation & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end content creation, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Produce and oversee high-quality content including videos, photography, editorial features, social media content, campaigns, and branded experiences.
  • Remain actively involved in creative execution, ensuring content meets luxury brand standards.
  • Direct and manage photoshoots, video productions, influencer collaborations, and creative campaigns.
  • Lead and supervise all content production activities, including photography, videography, post-production, and editing.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, including concept development, styling, location scouting, talent coordination, and production management.
  • Provide creative direction on set and throughout the post-production process to ensure storytelling, aesthetics, and messaging align with the brand vision.
  • Review and approve all photography, video content, and edited materials, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, editors, stylists, models, influencers, and external agencies to deliver impactful content.
Creative Leadership
  • Manage and mentor content creators, designers, photographers, videographers, editors, and external creative partners.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, E-commerce, Retail, and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative output reflects the premium positioning and visual standards of the brand.
Digital & Social Media Excellence
  • Drive content performance across social media, websites, email marketing, and digital platforms.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, consumer behavior, and content innovations.
  • Optimize content strategies based on performance metrics, engagement data, and audience insights.
Brand & Luxury Experience
  • Ensure all content reflects the sophistication, exclusivity, and premium positioning of luxury beauty and fashion brands.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement through innovative storytelling and immersive content experiences.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of luxury consumer trends, fashion aesthetics, and beauty industry developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Fashion, Media, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in content creation, creative direction, brand storytelling, or editorial leadership within luxury beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful content strategies for premium or luxury brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, campaign execution, creative direction, photography, videography, and content production.
  • Hands-on experience managing photoshoots, video productions, content calendars, and creative teams.
  • Strong knowledge of photography, videography, video editing workflows, content production, and creative technologies.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, social media trends, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
