Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies tailored to real estate trends.
• Analyze market dynamics and develop accurate forecasts.
• Leverage customer insights, consumer behavior, market data, and industry best practices to drive high-impact strategies.
• Manage all marketing content and customer/internal communication channels.
• Establish and monitor marketing budgets and participate in key industry events.
• Document marketing processes and provide consistent support to the sales team.
• Generate qualified leads through innovative and targeted campaigns.
• Enhance brand awareness and increase market share.
• Align marketing efforts with sales, finance, PR, and operations teams.
• Plan, execute, and oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team effectively.
• Prepare and deliver detailed quarterly and annual performance reports to senior leadership.
• Represent PSI at real estate trade shows and prominent industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus and will be considered an advantage.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager specifically within the Real Estate industry this is a MUST.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, branding, and lead generation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Proven experience in customer and market research.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Experience working directly with C-level executives.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
