The Job:

We're on the lookout for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you'll drive our data-driven marketing initiatives across our eCommerce portfolio, leveraging paid channels and advanced analytics to maximize conversions and ROI.

Your analytical mindset and innovative approach will be key in ensuring our brands excel in a competitive online landscape.

Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teamsincluding store operations, customer support, product sourcing, and creative you'll develop and execute performance-focused strategies that deliver measurable business results.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop & Execute Strategies: Formulate performance marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth across our eCommerce stores.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize data-driven paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and more to ensure measurable returns.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to monitor key performance indicators, conduct A/B testing, and continuously refine targeting strategies.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to design high-performing ad creatives and messaging that effectively engage our target audience.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports to identify improvement areas and drive continuous optimization.
  • Industry Innovation: Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support and scale our marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Proven background in performance marketing within the eCommerce or digital advertising sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc., with strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in attribution models, A/B testing, and ROI measurement, combined with a performance-driven approach.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working effectively across diverse teams.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative and resourceful, with a passion for leveraging data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
