Role Summary (English):
The Director of Policies and Research is responsible for leading the development of sectoral policies, conducting strategic research and studies, analyzing current and future trends, evaluating policy impact, and managing datadriven insights (including Big Data) to support decisionmaking and institutional excellence.

- Policy development and sectoral policy impact assessment
- Strategic research, studies, and white papers
- Big data analysis and insights
- Performance monitoring and policy evaluation
- Stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships
- Leadership of policy, data, and research teams
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Strategic Studies, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
