Job Description
We are seeking a strong and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage with multi-unit experience to lead one of Mongolia's most anticipated boutique luxury hotel openings. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a flagship property and contribute to the broader growth of a new, progressive hotel group.Only those with senior food & beverage experience should apply!
The Director of Food & Beverage will take charge of overseeing the development and risk management of all the Food & Beverage outlets that are part of this hotel. You are also expected to promote the expectations of the guests.
This position will manage the administrative and operational tasks, financial management and analysis, and safety across the multi restaurants in the hotel.. Hence, our client's preference is for someone with minimum 6-8 years of a large volume, high end multi-unit Food & Beverage professional.
As a leader, you will provide high level culinary expertise, creativity, and project support to all the departments, while also managing, implementing, and supporting all food and beverage related programs in a multi-unit operation.
Also, to qualify for this role the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with extensive experience in hospitality, culinary, concept development, procurement, and marketing skills.
