Senior Projects Manager

Key Responsibilities: -Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Maintain ongoing monitoring of project progress and performance against strategic goals.
- Facilitate change control processes, assessing impacts on timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve project challenges including delays, scope changes, or quality issues.
- Oversee procurement, resource planning, contractor execution strategies, and mitigation plans.
- Track and report actual costs against budget periodically; support management with financial insights.
- Attend and contribute to design coordination meetings with consultants to ensure alignment with design objectives.
- Collaborate with cost consultants for budget validations at all stages of design.
- Engage with consultants and contractors to align scope, timelines, and financials.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks with proper tracking and documentation.
- Build and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, especially in budgeting and estimation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance project delivery strategies.
Requirements:
Education & Certifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- PMP Certification (preferred)
- At least 6 years in construction or project management
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple, diverse projects independently
Technical & Job-Specific Skills: -In-depth knowledge of construction/project management practices
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Power BI for dashboards
- Experience using project management software like Primavera
- Proven ability in stakeholder coordination and vendor management
- Skilled in project scope definition and change management
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control capabilities
- Risk identification, mitigation planning, and problem resolution
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
