QA/QC Civil Engineer

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil engineering projects.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, including reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate and oversee material testing and inspection activities.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Train and guide staff in quality management best practices and procedures.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies regarding quality matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry, preferably in large civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations in the UAE.
• Proficient in quality management systems and relevant inspection/testing techniques.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices on construction sites.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
