Job Description
A Senior PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing) Inspector is responsible for performing and leading inspections using advanced non-destructive testing techniques, primarily phased array ultrasonics, to assess the integrity of materials and components.They interpret data, evaluate results against established criteria, document findings, and mentor junior inspectors. They also contribute to the development of inspection techniques and the maintenance of equipment.

May be involved in advanced NDT techniques like tube inspection, tank floor inspection, and guided wave applications.
Qualifications- Diploma /Degree in mechanical Engineering.
- More than 15 years experience in the Oil and Gas field projects including experience in activities relevant to Civil in construction/commissioning of offshore and onshore oil and gas industry as applicable.
- NDT certification as per ASNT Level- II as Per SNT-TC- 1A & ISO 9712 (Ultrasonic Testing and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing)
- CSWIP/AWS welding certification for welding,
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language including writing of technical reports.
- Computer literate and familiarity with codes ASME, AWS, API, DNV, ISO and BS.
