Job Description

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct market research and comparative market analyses (CMA) to provide pricing guidance.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and walkthroughs.
• Prepare and review purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and sellers to ensure a fair deal.
• Maintain and grow a client base through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Stay up to date on real estate trends, property values, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, escrow companies, and other real estate professionals.
• Use MLS and CRM systems to manage property listings and client information.

Requirements:

• Active real estate license in the relevant state.
• Proven work experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MLS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (optional but preferred).
• Experience with social media marketing and online listing platforms with admin support.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
