We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our thriving team in Dubai. In this role, you will act as a vital link between buyers and sellers, leveraging your market knowledge and negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions.This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a vibrant real estate market and work with a reputable agency.
Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential buyers and sellers through networking and marketing efforts.
- Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective clients.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and prepare necessary documentation for transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulatory changes in the Dubai real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai's property market.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
- Valid real estate license or certification is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
