Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for a football coach looking to join the Football Education Team in the UAE where you will deliver world class coaching sessions to players of varied abilities.
You will need a UEFA C qualification (minimum), great confidence and communication skills, and a desire to learn and improve.

Your Impact- Ensure all the City Football Group coaching philosophies, methodology, and principles are incorporated into the delivery of the program
- Support the lead staff pre, during, and post delivery
- Support the wider team with reviewing deliveries and making suggestions to improve the program
- Work both individually and collectively as part of a team in ensuring the project is delivered to the required levels and expectations
- Support the City Football Middle East office with local and regional activations
- Maintain professional conduct always in both on and off field environments
- UEFA C minimum
- Member of an FA to maintain their coach license or international equivalent
- Education in sports coaching or teaching
- Post-holder must hold or obtain at the earliest opportunity the relevant safeguarding training (i.e. FA Safeguarding Children Workshop)
- Experience coaching in a football environment
- Proven experience working with players from varying backgrounds and cultures
- Experience implementing and developing a football coaching syllabus
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of planning, delivering, and reviewing sessions
- Knowledge and understanding of player development and the four-corner model
- Experience working within a professional football club or sporting organisation
- Flexibility to travel when required to support projects both in the UK and internationally
- Ability to create a positive working environment that represents Manchester City and the local partner in the marketplace
- Ability to evaluate and review programs on completion
- Experience working within a school environment
