Job purpose

Lead and plan the billing operations for the enterprise. Responsible for streamlining effective billing processes across the organization.

• Provide input into the development of the department’s systems and processes, as well as develop and implement the section’s procedures, identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor, control, and report operational and financial key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the section, to track performance and recommend corrective or mitigating actions.
• Ensure that all relevant reports are prepared timely and accurately, to meet the section’s requirements and standards.
• Participate in contract kick-off and set up contract in billing system.
• Collect and review all cost/billing data for appropriate documentation and approval prior to preparing customer invoices.
• Prepare monthly invoices in accordance with company policy, government regulations, and the requirements of the contract.
• Monitor and update contract modifications.
• Supply chain management.
• With the procurement team, develop contract strategies and review bid/contract documents.
• Make assessments of supply chain change orders, extensions of time if any.
• Establish and ensure controls and policies are implemented.
• Work with management to understand financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant degree.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in facility management, planning, or service delivery experience.
