Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Canadian immigration consulting firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships to promote our Canadian immigration services, including Express Entry, PNPs, Student Visas, Work Permits, and Permanent Residency.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (digital marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, events).

Promote and sell Canadian immigration services to potential clients in the UAE and surrounding regions.

Conduct consultations to understand clients' immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, policies, and legal updates.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and customer service.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.

Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to expand the firm’s visibility.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in business development or sales, preferably in immigration or related services.

Strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes (Express Entry, PNP, etc.) is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the UAE market with expat clientele.

Knowledge of IRCC processes and documentation requirements.

Certification or training in Canadian immigration consultancy (e.g., RCIC assistant or paralegal background) is a plus.

Salary: AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
