Overall Purpose of the Role
Contribute to data collection and analysis, develop recommendations and forecasts, carry out studies and research related to the Company&aposs work and area of specialization, and measure results and development methods.

Key Responsibilities- Review practices of successful, similar organizations to inform improvements.
- Coordinate with organizational units to determine training and qualification needs for human resources.
- Propose systems and applications that can be leveraged to support the work.
- Help develop technical guides/manuals to simplify use of systems and applications.
- Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders to analyze operational processes tied to technology, systems, and applications.
- Provide information on systems and applications used by the entity and how they affect output quality.
- Provide information on target outputs, prepare technical reports about them, and submit to concerned parties.
- Collect and document information on work procedures and help analyze them using best practices and methods.
- Inventory the entity&aposs work systems and define their roles in achieving the desired outputs, to enable process execution according to the systems used.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Experience- Master&aposs in Information Technology: 0 years (fresh graduate acceptable).
- Bachelor&aposs in Information Technology: 2 years&apos experience.
- Diploma in Information Technology: 9 years&apos experience.
