Role Description (1-year contract)

Daily tasks include performing in-depth data analysis, communicating with stakeholders to identify needs, and providing insights to enhance business practices and performance.

• Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of client business processes, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
• Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to gather data and insights that inform solution design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop customized solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
• Create detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications, implementation plans, and resource requirements.
• Lead the project management process for solution implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop project plans, manage resources, and coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, gathering feedback and analytics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements, making recommendations to clients based on findings.

• Proficient in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
• 10 years of experience in BA and System Analysis
• Arabic speaker
• Strong Communication skills
• Preferred to have done projects in the GULF
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Previous experience in management consulting is a plus
