Overview

Currently we are hiring for the following role:

Mechanical Inspector

Industry: Experience with villas, hospitality, residential

• Oversee daily mechanical site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications
• Carry out inspections, track progress, and ensure quality assurance at every stage
• Maintain accurate site records including manpower, materials, methods, and equipment
• Monitor contractor compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines
• Report material deliveries, follow up on site instructions, and verify technical submittals
• Support Resident Engineers by preparing measurements, surveys, and field documentation
• Apply quality control procedures and highlight any non-conformities
• Conduct safety observations and report any violations promptly

• Diploma in Mechanical or related Engineering field (mandatory)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical construction supervision—consultancy side preferred
• Strong project portfolio across high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, commercial and retail spaces
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and water supply systems
• Familiar with local Building Codes, site supervision methods, and quality procedures
• Solid understanding of mechanical installations, coordination, and inspection techniques

• UAE project experience with high standards of contractor compliance
• Familiarity with authority approvals and local health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Hands-on knowledge of field documentation tools and systems
