Employment: Full Time

You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their real estate goals in one of the most vibrant markets in the world.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and market insights.
• Conduct property viewings and organize open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
• Prepare and present property listings and advertisements across various platforms to attract prospective buyers.
• Negotiate property transactions and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape in the Dubai real estate sector.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and real estate regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple listings and clients.
• Proficient in using real estate software and online property listing platforms.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Professional certification or license in real estate is preferred.
