The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, guide the team of attendants, and ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet our quality standards.
What You'll Do- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of room attendants and linen attendants
- Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity of the housekeeping team
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs with the technical team
- Manage linen and supply stock levels for assigned floors/areas
- Address guest requests and minor complaints, escalating when necessary
- Train new housekeeping staff on procedures and standards
- Maintain records of room status and housekeeping reports

- 2–3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Good communication and team leadership skills
- Basic command of English
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
