Senior Automation & AI Quality Engineer

About The Role

You will be at the forefront of validating model accuracy, assessing data quality, and enhancing user experience within intelligent software ecosystems.

• Design and execute detailed test cases to validate system features, APIs, and end-to-end integrations.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java-based tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar technologies.
• Perform manual, exploratory, and AI-output testing to ensure model predictions and workflows meet quality expectations.
• Evaluate and validate training datasets, detect data inconsistencies, and assess model-generated responses.
• Document, log, and track issues effectively using JIRA or other defect management systems.
• Collaborate closely with Machine Learning, Development, and Automation teams to define QA strategies, acceptance criteria, and validation standards.
• Participate in regression, system integration, and release testing cycles.

• 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong expertise in test automation using Java.
• Proficient understanding of Agile processes, QA methodologies, and the complete testing lifecycle.
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail or Zephyr, and issue tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Solid background in API testing, preferably with Postman.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with AI/ML systems, particularly testing LLMs, NLP, or computer vision outputs.
• Experience validating training data quality, assessing AI model performance, and ensuring stability in production environments.
