Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Team Lead/Sales Manager. The Team Lead/Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Daily tasks include leading and mentoring the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and reporting to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 510 real estate agents (to be onboarded upon joining).
  • Set, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each team member.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and reporting.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and motivational sessions.
  • Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring productivity and professionalism.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new agents to build a successful and collaborative team.
  • Provide guidance and support in closing high-value property deals (off-plan & ready).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, DLD procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, listing, and admin teams to support agents and clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 23 years of proven experience in real estate in the UAE.
  • Must have a team of 510 agents ready to join.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the UAE real estate market, especially Dubai.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), and Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in English is a must; additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, French, or Arabic are highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in driving business results.
