Whizz HR is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and manage cash flow
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audits
Oversee banking relationships, working capital, and financial risk management
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and ERP reporting systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA certification is an advantage
- 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership experience
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
