Property Management Assistant Responsibilities:

• Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
• Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
• Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions
• Preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements
• Overseeing all financial procedures including verifying renter income, processing monthly payments, and executing default protocols
• Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions, and prompt renter complaint resolution
• Handling large volume of voice and email communications
• Processing accounts payables on a routine basis
• Continuous management of electronic and paper filing systems
• Drafting correspondence, notices, and closing documentation within stated deadlines
• Ongoing and detailed tracking of homeowner information
• Maintaining timely and accurate preparation of necessary reports
• Providing support to managers
• Performing other office support as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Superior customer service skills
• Previous experience in office administration and property management setting
• Ability to prioritize and multitask various deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
