Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, the Digital Transformation Manager will assess current digital maturity and lead the implementation of scalable, business-aligned technology solutions. This role will champion automation, data enablement, and cross-functional adoption of digital tools to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.

Description
  • Lead a comprehensive assessment of current systems and processes across departments.
  • Design and implement a scalable digital architecture covering CRM, finance, inventory, and manufacturing.
  • Drive integration of analytics and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) for real-time data access and reporting.
  • Identify and automate high-effort manual workflows in sales, finance, and manufacturing.
  • Oversee rollout of new systems including CRM, ZOHO HR, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure adoption and usability of new technologies.
  • Act as a bridge between business and tech, supporting change management and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a digital transformation or systems implementation focused role.
  • Proven track record delivering cross-functional digital initiatives in manufacturing or similar industries.
  • Experience automating finance and manufacturing workflows.
  • Hands-on with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle CX, ZOHO).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working across geographically dispersed teams
