Senior Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth for our Tax Services division.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation, with a strong understanding of corporate tax, VAT, and advisory services in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tax and Advisory services
Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
Coordinate with internal tax teams to understand client requirements and propose solutions
Support proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and service presentations
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales within tax, audit, consulting, or professional services
- Strong understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and related advisory services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and client relationship management abilities
- UAE market experience is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage
Preferred:
- Experience in professional services or consulting firms
- Existing corporate client network in the UAE
- Target-driven and commercially focused mindset
