Project Manager-MEP

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Contracting experience to oversee and manage projects in the construction industry.

• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, for MEP projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and invoicing.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP contracting, with a focus on managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.
