Successful project delivery is central to The Global Living Company's reputation, customer satisfaction, and profitability. As Project Manager in Dubai, you will oversee the planning and execution of residential and commercial (office) interior design projects and residential furniture packages.

You'll ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality—while building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will lead a team of project administrators, coordinate with internal and external partners, and act as the key liaison between clients, design, operations, and finance teams.

What you'll do

Plan and Deliver Projects
  • Take responsibility for the planning and execution of multiple projects (residential and commercial), ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the agreed standard.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage project permit processes.
Budgeting & Financial Control
  • Prepare and track project budgets and quotation preparation, controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with finance to raise timely stage-payment invoices and follow up to ensure payments are made.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the key liaison with clients, developers, and operators, ensuring clarity, transparency, and responsiveness at every stage.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Resource & Team Management
  • Lead, support, and oversee a team of project administrators.
  • Plan resources effectively to balance multiple live projects.
Quality Control & Risk Management
  • Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks or issues that may impact successful delivery.
Project Reporting
  • Implement and maintain project tracking systems and reporting processes.
  • Provide accurate, timely project status updates to leadership.
About you
  • Experienced project manager with a background in interior design, furniture packages, fit-out, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in residential and commercial settings.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and cash flow.
  • Skilled communicator and client-facing professional who builds trust quickly.
  • Proficient in project management tools and comfortable with data-driven reporting.
  • Highly organised, hands-on, and adaptable to a fast-paced growth environment.
Preferred experience
  • 5+ years experience in project management in furniture, fit-out, or interiors.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high standards.
  • Experience delivering both residential and commercial fit-out projects.
  • Experience in the GCC or international markets is an advantage.
  • Team leadership and resource planning experience.
