About the Role
We are seeking two driven Technical Talent Acquisition Specialists to join the RELYzIT Talent on a freelance, full-time basis. Based remotely in Tunisia, Morocco, or Egypt, you will be at the forefront of sourcing and activating elite IT talent for mission-critical projects in AI/Data, Infra/Security, Web/Development, and Web3.Your work will directly power our AI-driven recruitment engine, built on our proprietary VECTOR7 framework, and fuel the rapid expansion of our 22,000+ strong builder community to 100,000 by years&apos end..

Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end sourcing campaigns for high-impact IT roles across EMEA, ensuring precision and speed.
- Engage, qualify, and activate top-tier talent using our VECTOR7 AI-augmented process.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of elite consultants and freelancers, ready to deploy on mission-critical projects.
- Collaborate closely with Business Developers and the Automation Specialists to continuously optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
- Champion RELYzIT Talents builder-first ethos, ensuring every candidate experience is premium and personalized.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in talent sourcing or recruitment research, ideally within the IT sector.
- Technically literate and confident navigating digital platforms, databases, and data-driven recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with IT domains such as cloud, security, data, development, and AI is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with AI-driven or automated sourcing tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English, French, and Arabic able to communicate with clarity and impact across diverse markets.
- Remote work based in Tunisia, Morocco, or Egypt.
- Ownership mindset: proactive, resourceful, and outcome-driven.
- Strong collaboration skills and a passion for building high-performing teams.
