• Working days & timings 6 days work Rotational shift
• Mandatory details/Skills Good knowledge on Quoting and Issuing Motor policies (issuance of new policies/ endorsements / certificates).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute timely production of commercial motor policies and ensure the accuracy of the documents in line with the customer/broker agreements
• Underwrite (rate, accept and arrange to issue policies and renewals within the authorities delegated)
• Prepare quotations and offer underwriting terms to brokers and customers against business enquiries within the delegated underwriting authority as per RO guidelines and within agreed time frames.
• Ensure all policy and related documents are dispatched/ delivered to the customers/ brokers within the shortest possible time and a record is maintained
• Identify and refer all risks outside personal authority limit to the relevant manager.
• Provide technical guidance and support where necessary.
• Supervise the Renewal process in conjunction with the Underwriting Manager.
• Assist/ support client & brokers for any queries and request.
• Accurately process all associated data entry and accounting policy documentation (new/renewal/ endorsement/ certificate)
