Mechanical Engineer - Abu Dhabi

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in the UAE. In this role, you will design, develop, and oversee mechanical systems to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate mechanical systems to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment on-site.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout project phases.
• Identify and resolve mechanical engineering issues promptly.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven min 3 yrs experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficient in CAD software and other mechanical design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Knowledge of UAE construction codes and standards preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in the UAE with flexibility as required.
