Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in Data, Analytics, and AI to lead and manage strategic client engagements. The role will focus on driving successful delivery, building strong client relationships, and enabling business outcomes through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end client engagements across Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring strong relationship management
  • Drive program governance, delivery excellence, and timely execution of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, and Digital) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and cross-sell within the account
  • Translate business requirements into data and analytics solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Ensure quality, risk management, and adherence to delivery timelines and budgets
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations
  • Drive adoption of best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets across engagements

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10–15 years of overall experience, with a strong focus on Data, Analytics, and AI engagements
  • Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements, preferably in the BFSI domain
  • Strong understanding of Data Engineering, BI/Visualization, and AI/ML concepts
  • Experience in stakeholder management at senior leadership levels
  • Demonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage teams, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with banking or financial services clients (preferably in the Middle East)
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI-led solutions and analytics product development
  • Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles in analytics organizations

  • Successful delivery of programs within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Revenue growth within the account (upsell/cross-sell)
  • Adoption of data-driven solutions and measurable business outcomes
